As manager of the German women’s team, Klaus Hofsaess led Steffi Graf to 22 Grand Slam titles and to her 1988 Golden Slam. His coaching experience covers a total of 75 Grand Slam tournaments, the
Olympic Games in Los Angeles and Seoul (where Steffi Graf won both a gold and a bronze medal), and Fed Cup victories in Vancouver (1987) and Frankfurt (1992).
Klaus Hofsäss also had great success at the 1996 Hopman Cup with Anke Huber and Boris Becker and secured further WTA titles with Claudia Kohle Kilsch, Bettina Bunge, and Anke Huber, along with
ATP titles with Nicolas Kiefer.
World number one players such as Steffi Graf, Boris Becker, Angelique Kerber, Thomas Muster, and Stefan Edberg have all trained at the Hofsäss Academy, and Aranxta Sanchez and Victoria Azarenka
were both students at the tennis boarding school.
